Hey, I'm Jack. A Senior Product Designer based in Bristol with 7+ years of experience building digital products that people actually want to use. I care about the craft as much as the strategy, and I'm at my best when I'm close to both.

I believe great design is mostly invisible. When something works well, people don't notice it. That's the goal. I push for clarity, simplicity, and decisions rooted in real evidence, not assumption.

Outside of work I'm usually on a tennis court, a padel court, or a football pitch. When I'm not doing that I'm hiking, reading, cooking (big fan of Asian food), or finding some other creative project to throw myself into.
